Your unrestricted donation supports critical mission-driven initiatives where they are needed most. This may include the administration and disbursement of research funding, development of future researchers and/or practitioners, patient education, or special programming.
The Anarcha, Betsey, Lucy, et al (ABLE) Initiative will honor the contributions that these women (and others) made to gynecologic surgery. In honoring these women, the ABLE Initiative will support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within AUGS including funding of an annual lectureship during PFD Week, establishment of ABLE Scholars Travel Grants, and support of DEI research grant funding opportunities.

Donations to Fellows Education support educational opportunities such as the Fellows Robotics Course, Fellows Hands-on Course, Fellows Day and other educational and networking opportunities that support the next generation of urogynecologists.
Donations to Patient Education support the development and maintenance of the Voices for PFD website, patient fact sheets, resources and tools that are utilized directly by patients and caregivers to better understand the causes, symptoms, and treatment options for PFDs.
This endowment fund supports the Raymond A. Lee Lectureship which honors an individual, like Dr. Lee, who has contributed to advancing the surgical field of urogynecology through mentorship, teaching and the care of women with pelvic floor disorders. This award requires an inspiring and dynamic lecture on a topic of the recipient’s choosing that delivers informative content to meeting attendees.

Every gift to the Research Fund serves the medical profession by supporting promising, innovative research regarding the causes, prevention, cure and treatment of pelvic floor disorders.
This fund supports the Robin Haff Research Award which honors an individual research nurse or coordinator in recognition of his/her outstanding and sustained contribution to female pelvic floor disorders research. The Robin Haff Research Award recognizes the important role that clinical research nurses and research coordinators play in the clinical research process.
