Jasmine Tibon, MD is a Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery (URPS) fellow in the department of Urology at UT Health in San Antonio, TX. Originally from Arkansas, she completed her medical school at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, follwed by her OB/GYN residency at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
Throughout her career, she has remained a dedicated educator and mentor. Dr. Tibon is on the Clinical Educator Track at UT Health San Antonio and plays an active role in mentoring future healthcare professionals through the Veritas Resident Mentor program. She also holds leadership roles in professional societies, including the Fellows' Pelvic Research Network and the SGS Podcast Committee.
With a deep passion for women’s health, her research focuses on urogynecologic patient education, bladder health, and the use of social media in medical education and patient support. Dr. Tibon is committed to demystifying women’s health, particularly for older patients, and providing hope to those who often endure their condition in silence.
