Aria Eppinger is a Graduate Student in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at MIT. Her thesis centers around designing algorithms to improve the clustering and analysis of genomic data using high-dimensional polytopes. Aria has worked in several diverse research areas, from utilizing machine learning to generate feedback on student writing in large-scale online courses to investigating the impact of dietary factors on the human gut microbiome.
