I am a urogynecologist currently working as a research scholar at Inova Fairfax Medical Campus. I completed my fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at Tehran University of Medical Sciences in 2022. Before that, I served as an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Shiraz University of Medical Sciences and completed my OB/GYN residency there.
My research focuses on advancing understanding and improving care in urogynecology.n addition to my current projects, I am also focused on using ultrasonography to study pelvic floor injuries after childbirth. This research aims to enhance the diagnosis and management of postpartum pelvic floor disorders, contributing to improved patient outcomes in maternal care.
