I've been in clinical practice for a total of 32 years. I was in the United States Air Force practicing general obstetrics and gynecology for 3 years, followed by 20 years of general practice in Texas. I've been in academic practice at Texas Tech for 9 years doing urogynecology, and I'm now the residency program director. I've been on the AUGS Coding and Reimbursement Committee for 6 years.
