Dr. Leslie Rickey is an associate professor in the Departments of Urology and Obstetrics, Gynecology & Reproductive Sciences at the Yale University School of Medicine. After completing her undergraduate degree at the University of North Carolina, Dr. Rickey earned her medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine and an MPH from Tulane School of Public Health in Epidemiology. She completed her residency in urology and fellowship in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery at Loyola University Medical Center, receiving subspecialty certification in 2013. Dr. Rickey was on the Urology faculty at the University of Maryland School of Medicine from 2007-2013 before accepting her current position at Yale, where she is also the URPS Fellowship Director and Vice Chair of Faculty Affairs in Urology. Her research focuses on clinical outcomes, commuity education and prevention. She is the Yale PI in the NIH/NIDDK Prevention of Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms Consortium (PLUS).
