Dr. Kreines is currently a Urogynecology Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania. She completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency training at NYU/Bellevue, where she received the Robert F. Porges Honor Resident award for outstanding clinical knowledge, surgical skill, leadership, and commitment to education upon graduation. She was also named as the Best Junior Resident Teacher, recognized with the AAGL Excellence in Minimally Invasive Gynecology Resident Award, and inducted into the Gold Humanism Society. During her time in residency, she created and published a curriculum to train medical providers in Transgender and Gender Diverse Care. She received her MD (with honors in research) from Weill Cornell School of Medicine. During her time at Weill Cornell, she led the PreOp group, aimed to initiate surgical training for qualified students at the very start of medical school. Dr. Kreines graduated magna cum laude from Amherst College with a degree in Neuroscience.
