Catherine Bradley, M.D., M.S.C.E., is Professor and Executive Vice Chair for Faculty Affairs in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Director of Urogynecology at the University of Iowa. After completing her Ob-Gyn residency, FPMRS fellowship, and Master’s in Clinical Epidemiology at the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Bradley joined Iowa’s faculty in 2003. Her past NIH- and VA-funded research has included developing a new diagnostic questionnaire for female urinary incontinence and a nationwide longitudinal study of overactive bladder in women veterans. She currently co-leads the Iowa site in an NIH-funded network studying women and men with urinary urgency. Dr. Bradley is also the Gynecology Editor-in-Chief of the American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology and current President of the American Urogynecologic Society (AUGS).
